Monday off, so trip to Shiogama and Matsushima. Went there Sunday evening by train to watch the Hanabi, fireworks, lovely 40 minute show. Monday there and back by bike, just above 80 km return. Nice festival with two shrines being transported by carrying and then by classic boats around Matsushima islands. Sightseeing around Shiogama, boat trip around the islands and finally some sightseeing in Matsushima town.
